Case study · PHIX Maintenance & Repairs
A clearer path from the PHIX brand to its customers.
PHIX Maintenance & Repairs served people who needed work done on their properties. We helped bring the PHIX brand into a website that explains the services, gives different customers a relevant place to start and makes getting in touch straightforward.

The story
One business. More than one kind of customer.
PHIX worked with people who managed properties, including residential and fraternity- and sorority-related properties. A visitor trying to find help for a home may have different questions than someone responsible for an entire building.
The challenge was to communicate PHIX’s services in a way that felt consistent with the brand while giving each audience a clear route toward contacting the company.
A website can look polished and still make people work too hard to find a phone number or understand where to begin. We wanted PHIX’s site to be easy to use as well as easy to recognize.
What we did
We built the website around the brand PHIX already had.
Starting from the company’s brand guidelines and marketing materials, we translated the visual identity into a responsive WordPress website. We created audience-specific landing experiences, made services and contact options easy to find, and used clear headings, readable layouts and straightforward calls to action.
The site was designed to work as a useful destination for prospective customers and as something PHIX could continue building on.

After launch
Keeping the website useful matters, too.
Our work with PHIX included WordPress maintenance and content support after the initial build. That demonstrated another part of our approach: a website is something a business continues using and changing, not a one-time deliverable.
Whether a client needs a new website or already has one worth keeping, we’re interested in what happens after the launch, not just the moment it goes live.
