When PHIX Maintenance and Repairs decided to launch a new website, they weren’t looking for a generic template. They wanted a marketing powerhouse; One that could attract property managers and homeowners with a clean, modern design while showcasing their full range of services. They also needed a site built on WordPress, using their brand guidelines, so they could manage content independently if they ever chose.

Understanding the Brand

PHIX’s promise is clear: “Think of us for your next fix.” As a full‑service property maintenance specialist, they handle everything from routine repairs to preventative maintenance and capital improvements. That breadth of services means their brand needs to communicate reliability and comprehensive coverage without overwhelming visitors. Our design choices, clean layouts, straightforward navigation and direct messaging, echoed this mission, helping homeowners and property managers quickly see that PHIX can handle whatever problem they have while delivering peace of mind.

 

Our Approach

PHIX brought us their brand design and marketing assets, and we translated those guidelines into a site that sells. Our design choices were purposeful: we anchored each page with a full‑width hero section featuring PHIX’s tagline and a strong call to action. On the home page for homeowners we used large, easy‑to‑read type and succinct copy to highlight the company’s biggest selling points—free estimates, one number to call for any service, 24/7 emergency availability and experienced technicians. Each benefit is paired with an icon and followed by a prominent “Call Now” or “Schedule a Consultation” button to encourage immediate engagement.

For house directors and Greek organizations, we built a separate landing page around the headline “Elevate the Care of Your Greek House with PHIX.” We kept the structure consistent—clean hero imagery, clear headings and the same trust‑building benefits (free estimates, a single point of contact, 24/7 service and licensed technicians), but tuned the language to speak directly to fraternities and sororities.

Throughout the site we were deliberate about CTAs and legibility. We used generous white space and big, legible fonts so busy property managers and homeowners could scan content quickly. Every section ends with a clear next step, contact forms, phone numbers and invitation to schedule a free consultation, making it easy for visitors to convert. We also built the site on WordPress with mobile responsiveness in mind, so PHIX can capture leads from any device type.

 

Ongoing Partnership

The relationship didn’t end at launch. PHIX selected us as their web team for ongoing WordPress maintenance. We handle plugin updates, security checks, and content changes, ensuring the site remains fast and secure. This support allows PHIX’s marketing team to stay focused on business growth while knowing their website is always current.
