HealthOpX Case Study: From UX Support to Product Partnership
Client: HealthOpX
Project Scope: UX & product design support, MVP development guidance, and marketing website build
Website: healthopx.com
HealthOpX is a social startup with a big mission: to improve healthcare access for underserved communities. They came to us with an early product vision and a handful of screens in Adobe XD, looking for help turning that vision into a real, investor‑ready product and a marketing presence to match.
Helping an MVP Take Shape
At first, HealthOpX simply needed extra hands on design and development. We refined their user flows, migrated the UI into Figma, and updated the designs to meet MVP standards. Our team handled DevOps details and ensured the product’s interaction patterns were intuitive, accessible, and ready for real users.
Building a Marketing Website
Next, we created a marketing site at healthopx.com that serves both prospective users and investors. The site showcases the product’s features, outlines the social impact, and provides a gateway for investors to learn more. Built on WordPress, it was designed so HealthOpX’s internal team could manage content independently after launch.
Growing into an Advisory Role
What began as a design and development support engagement quickly evolved. We believed in HealthOpX’s mission so deeply that we became product design partners and advisors, providing leadership support on strategic decisions and helping to shape the product roadmap. Our involvement has been more than transactional, we’ve become part of their journey.
Ongoing Support and Future Vision
Today, we remain connected with HealthOpX, offering UX insights and technical guidance as needed. Seeing the product grow from wireframes to a functioning platform, and watching the marketing site help secure funding, has been rewarding for our team. We’re proud to continue supporting HealthOpX and look forward to their future success.
